Ever-Roll Specialties Co. is "Bent on Perfection" as a small, employee-owned and established metal fabricating manufacturer, doing business since 1945. We make metal parts to the specifications of our customers in the automotive parts, truck parts, exercise equipment, commercial fishing supplies, agriculture, and other industries.

Nature of Job:

Job Title/Description: Due to the varied, often low-volume, job-shop nature of the Company's products and processes, all production employees need to be flexible enough to perform many different operations. Therefore, the Company uses a single job title/description, Machine Operator / Production Operator.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour days, Fridays off, OT as needed Essential Job Functions:

Operate machines such as a robotic welder, spot welder, press, assembly station, or other @types of equipment.

Possess strong mechanical experience & knowledge, including machine & die setup.

Set-up and/or change over all tooling.

Conduct "break test" at designated time intervals, keep log & make adjustments as needed.

Keep all safety curtains/guards in place during operation.

Final visual audit inspection of all parts leaving a work area for 100% quality.

Fill in all reports, routing, and time cards properly and completely.

Maintain good housekeeping in all areas.

Report all quality, production, or safety problems to the manufacturing manager.

Maintain all tools in proper places and settings.

Operate fork trucks and other equipment as required.

Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e., Continuous Improvement Plan).

Re-work parts as per instructions.

Preventative maintenance as instructed.

Follow all Company polices, safety practices and procedures.
