?? Shifts Available:

2nd Shift

3rd Shift

Must be available to work weekends.

?? Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Training may take 8--12 weeks. Once complete, dispatchers will be assigned to a 2nd or 3rd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

Promptly answer emergency and non-emergency calls

Assist customers with inquiries and service requests

Schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations

Relay work orders, messages, and updates to/from technicians and supervisors

Prepare and maintain accurate work orders, customer files, and dispatch logs

Track maintenance agreements, customer renewals, and service requests

Perform data entry and assist with payables

Handle other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Experience with TowBook & Fleetio a plus

Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and outgoing personality
