Medical Assistant - Cosmetic and Minor Surgical Procedures

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Certification not required (preferred but not mandatory)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

Medical Assistant to join a professional outpatient practice specializing in cosmetic and minor surgical procedures. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, thrives in a structured clinical environment, and is interested in developing skills within a specialized and growing area of medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk experience by checking patients in and out efficiently

Prepare patients for minor procedures and assist the provider during treatments

Set up, sterilize, and maintain medical instruments and procedure rooms

Ensure the clinical environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Conduct patient follow-up calls and appointment confirmations

Utilize a microscope during specific clinical processes (training provided)

Support both clinical and administrative workflow as needed

Qualifications

Medical diploma or relevant hands-on clinical experience required

Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus, but not required

Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and highly organized

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting

Flexible with rotating shifts

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and comfort
