Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to customer service including dispatching calls to route drivers, point of sale, filling propane bottles, forklift bottles, food trucks, motorhomes and more. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties:

Operate bottle station equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Communicate professionally and courteous to all customers.

Perform over the counter sales, customer payments, schedule residential deliveries

Able to dispatch incoming propane orders to the drivers on the computer in a timely manner.

-Multi task between bottle station and office procedures as necessary.

Skills: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision with attention to detail

Proficiency in computer and customer service

Ability to fill propane cyclinders, and pass railroad commission certification (company paid)

Ability to lift 50 lbs +.
