We have an immediate opening for a part time (20 hours per week) RN in our Rochester location, with psychiatric and substance use experience preferably in a Behavioral Health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensics population.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate care with primary care offices and refer as needed

Provide direct services to individuals in community and office settings (injections, blood work, vaccinations, medication reconciliation, education and health awareness)

Participate in treatment meetings

Qualifications:

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing with a bachelor's degree

At least 1 year experience in a similar position

Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency experience preferred in a Behavioral Health environment

Working knowledge of CASAC regulations preferred
