Full Time/Office Position (40 hours/week)

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Jamestown, NY area manufacturer seeking self-motivated candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication, and problem solving skills, along with a well-developed understanding of cost accounting specific to manufacturing.

Candidate must be team player and have the ability to coordinate with senior management and the board of directors, as well as independent financial auditors.

Requirements:

Minimum four (4) year degree in accounting/finance.

Experience in accounting supervision.

Experience in a manufacturing environment including standard inventory management.

Proficient in MS Office including excel, word, power point, and outlook.

Experience with financial ERP software systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's financial department.

Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Budgeting and forecast analysis.

Cash management and inventory controls.

Risk & credit management.

Strategic capital management and record keeping.

Supervision of the accounting department.

GAAP knowledge and compliance.

Inventory standard costing analysis.

Month end closing procedures.

Quartely reporting of financials.

Oversee general insurance policies.

Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

Starting salary will commensurate with factors including but not limited to experience and education.
