El Amigo Insurance is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team as an Insurance Sales Agent . This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position focused on helping clients find the best insurance coverage while actively generating new business.

Responsibilities:

Sell auto, home, and commercial insurance policies

Assist customers with quotes, applications, and policy changes

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients

Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and prospects

Generate leads through marketing efforts (social media, referrals, and outreach)

Promote services and help grow the agencys client base

Maintain client relationships and renew policies

Requirements:

Strong communication and sales skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Comfortable making calls and talking to customers daily

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Insurance license preferred (not required - training provided)
