Permanent Clerical Personnel

Responsibilities:

Manage students who are sent to the office for disciplinary reasons;

Communicates with the transportation department and assigns bus passes and other daily change of transportation notes;

Monitors student sign in and sign out throughout the day and updates attendance records as needed;

Documents and issues attendance related correspondence and maintains attendance related discipline files;

Notifies the Assistant Principal of phone calls and meeting requests;

Communicates concerns of students and staff to administration;

Maintains accurate student records in Sapphire;

Assists in meeting staff requests and needs and generally provides organizational and logistical support for administration in their duties.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Pennsylvania State Police Clearance

Child Abuse Clearance

FBI Fingerprinting

School Health Form: Physical and Tuberculosis Test

Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification
