Compensation:

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Implements, manages, and maintains all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program
Continuously improves employee/facility safety and ensures compliance with OSHA/FMCSA/state regulations
Measures and drives continuous improvement of comprehensive Safety Programs through participation/review of information collected through internal audits and accident/injury/incident investigations
Manages property damage for each location
Performs Safety audits on each site quarterly
Works closely with operations on events and accidents
MUST TRAVEL

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or GED (accredited). (Preferred not required)
Experience: Four (4) years of DOT work experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required

Must be proficient with MS Office applications with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint expertise is also preferred
Must have excellent organization and both verbal/written communication skills
Must be able to manage conflict as it relates to safety or environmental situations
Must be willing/able to travel up to all sites in Oklahoma and Arkansas
