Job Overview: We are hiring for multiple positions, including but not limited to: General Labor (GL) Warehouse Associate Pick/Pack Machine Operator Dispatcher Forklift Lead Supervisor Maintenance Customer Service Other general warehouse support roles

What youll do: Depending on position, responsibilities may include general warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading, sorting, packing, cleaning/sanitation support, and other production-related duties.

Pay Range: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift: Monday to Saturday, start between 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Second Shift: Monday to Saturday, 3:45 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to kneel, bend, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Willingness to work in a refrigerated, cold/wet environment (approximately 38F) Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Ability to work professionally and courteously in a diverse, team-oriented environment Willingness to be trained on the safe operation of production equipment, including vacuum sealers, tape machines, cable cutters, and food-grade knives Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and employment history check

Bonus Eligibility:

Sign-On Bonus: Earn $300 after completing 120 hours.

Referral Bonus: Earn $300 for every successful referral after they complete 120 hours of work. -No limit on the number of referrals. -Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
