Position Overview: The office supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks Supervising paperwork filing and imaging. Supervising of office employees hours and time cards intervening with and resolving personnel issues. Insuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team
