QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in Montana

Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program

Completion of orientation required by company policy

Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment

Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire

Ability to pass criminal background check

Ability to become familiar with and comply to all local, state and federal regulations relating to the job

Experience with geriatric patients is a plus

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Ensure the highest quality of resident care available

Support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community

Provide patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials

Transport patients

Answer patients' call lights and requests

Report observations of the patient to nursing supervisor

Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records

Full-time positions.

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include: 401(k) and matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
