We\'re hiring a detail-oriented Grants Accounting Specialist to keep our programs fiscally sound and grant-compliant.Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is seeking aGrants Accounting Specialistto join our finance team in supporting our Senior Services and Housing programs.

This is your opportunity to put your accounting skills to work for good. As our Grants Accounting Specialist, you\'ll help ensure critical community programs are financially sound, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently. You\'ll manage budgets, track expenditures, and submit reimbursement requests that keep our mission moving forward.

What are we looking for?

A budgeting buff You enjoy building and tracking budgets that

are accurate and informative.

A compliance connoisseur You keep reports, reimbursements, and

financial records audit-ready.

A detail-driven organizer You manage records and documentation

with precision and consistency.

A people person (with a calculator) You collaborate with the

Controller, program Directors, and fellow fiscal staff.

A flexible teammate You\'re open to cross-training and stepping

in to support payroll and other fiscal functions.

An educated professional You hold a bachelor\'s degree in

accounting, business, or a related field.

Experience that counts Three years of accounting or grant/fund

accounting experience is preferred, but not required.

Technically confident You\'re proficient in Excel and financial

software, and comfortable navigating data systems.

Organized and clear You manage priorities well and communicate

financial information effectively.

Focused on quality You take pride in accuracy, meeting

deadlines, and being a reliable member of the team.

A few things you\'ll be doing:

Submitting reimbursement requests and entering billings into the

accounting system

Preparing and submitting financial reports to funders

Monitoring budgets and assisting with amendments

Tracking property-related financials and maintaining grant

documentation

Reviewing travel documentation and ensuring accuracy

Supporting open purchase order tracking, fiscal monitoring, and

contract compliance

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of \$47,000\$50,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package:
