Position Summary:

Building Value is a social enterprise powered by Easterseals Redwood whose mission is to accelerate careers in construction for people facing economic and employment challenges. Through our training program, we deconstruct and demolish residential and commercial properties and clean out warehouses and homes to salvage building materials, appliances, furniture, and architectural gems for sale to the public. The Deconstruction Manager is integral to both the paid deconstruction work we do as a company and our mission of training young people in the construction trades. As the Deconstruction Manager, you will supervise, mentor, and develop the leadership abilities of three Crew Supervisors who each manages, trains, and mentors a rotating crew of three to four training participants.
