Eagle Rock Resortis seeking a Line Cook to join the culinary team. We are looking for someone who is experienced, is capable of taking direction and can multi-task. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and want to learn and further your career this is the place for you! Our Executive Chef is creative and wants to teach and watch his employees grow.

Your responsibilities include:

Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using proven recipes

Ensure the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
