JOB DUTIES:

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing planning, implementation, and progress of site activities for specific projects during the phase of installation, start-up, and commissioning of E80 Groups technology, ensuring the company delivers the best achievable customer experience and satisfaction.

Specifically, the positions job duties will be as follows:

Determine the budget needs for the projects.

Communicate with stakeholders to collect the functional requirements

specific to each project site and subsequently plan and implement the integration of E80 Group WMS technology with the clients existing system.

Help the Site Manager to manage the installation of E80 Group

technology onsite, following E80 Groups specifications and client parameters.

Monitor project milestones and deliverables and ensure project

deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required quality.

Function as an essential asset to the technological projects,

focusing on the customization of existing program applications and in so doing, advance the development of new alternative deployable applications.

Ensure that the technicians participate in the software tests before

beginning project implementation.

Ensure collection and organization of information regarding any

criticalities that arise during the installation projects.

Work with companys Smart software for management of LGV layouts.

Participate in the on-site installation and commissioning to ensure

optimal performance of equipment, which will include designing and developing of software on existing equipment and systems, including LGV systems, Palletizers, WMS, etc.

Provide customers and E80 Groups Field Management with reports of

activities, overall timeline, and resources assigned to each activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering,

Information Technology, or closely related field of study.

3 years of experience as Field Coordinator, Site Manager, Software

Engineer, LGV Programmer, or similar position participating in or managing information technology projects or developing automation software.

Any time of experience working with each of the following: Laser

Guided Vehicles (LGV) and robotics systems, companys Smart software for management of LGV layout, companys Warehouse Management System (WMS), and companys LGV robotics programming software related to the automation of all physical equipment produced by the company and the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Beckoff platform upon which it operates.

In the alternative, if applicant does not meet the requirement for education:

5 years of experience as a Field Coordinator, Site Manager, Software

Engineer, LGV Programmer, or similar position participating in or managing information technology projects or developing automation software.

Any time of experience working with each of the following: Laser

Position requires 70% travel within the U.S. to clients sites to oversee progress of employers projects.
