Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. Youll be responsible for supporting construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards

Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, shovels)

Support skilled workers

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

Perform general maintenance and site cleanup

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

?? Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended

periods

Willingness to learn and take direction, follow instructions and

work in a team

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Previous labor experience a plus but not required

Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented
