Job Function

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products and materials

Perform destructive testing, including OES chemistry analysis, tensile testing, and hardness testing

Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems

Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality and ensure compliance

Record test data, maintain inspection logs, and generate detailed quality reports

Review and interpret product specifications to perform accurate and compliant quality checks

Document Nonconforming Material Reports for any nonconforming product

Follow established Quality Procedures, safety guidelines, and material standards

Required Skills

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow

Experience performing destructive material testing

Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality standards, and manufacturing processes

Proficiency with precision measuring tools and advanced inspection systems

Ability to read and interpret engine
