Direct and control financial and budget activities to fund ongoing oilfield operations and increase operational efficiency. Direct, plan, and implement company policies, objectives, and operational standards to ensure continuing operations, increased revenues, and lower operational costs. Work with the company President and Management Team on business expansion strategies, leverage of existing business operations, and financial and operational planning for the development of a Company subsidiary. Develop and manage strategies within the oil and gas industry to secure and develop new clients for oilfield services. direct operational analysis to evaluate company performance, and determine potential cost reduction, operational improvement, and policy changes. lead contract negotiations and will control relationships with service providers, contract workers, suppliers, distributors, regulatory agencies, and customer organizations. He will lead marketing and sales efforts among oil and gas production companies, and lead company branding within the industry. oversee company forecasting, business activity, and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, and consult on forecast development based on past, present, and expected operations and market conditions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field and six (6) years experience as a sales manager in the international oil and gas industry.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Six (6) years of experience with: international supply chain management; managing international and domestic distribution networks; developing, implementing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs); negotiating international contracts and mergers and acquisitions experience with oil and gas companies.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Up to 40% of domestic travel required.
