	Deck and dock company looking for
	a hardworking and reliable
	employee with general
	construction or carpentry
	experience. Employees will be
	assisting in deck, dock boatlift,
	marine construction in and around
	the Port Aransas and North Padre
	Island area. Candidates must be
	able to work well in a team
	setting but also take on
	delegated tasks independently.
	Candidates should have common
	sense, integrity, and any other
	skills helpful in deck and dock
	space. Looking for individuals
	that take pride in themselves as
	well as the work they produce.

	- - Basic construction and
	carpentry skills

	- Comfortable using hand
	and power tools

	- Able to read a tape
	measure and perform basic
	construction measurements

	- Experience with decks,
	docks, framing, fencing,
	or general construction
	preferred

	- Ability to safely lift
	and carry construction
	materials and equipment

	- Comfortable working
	outdoors in heat and
	varying weather
	conditions

	- Able to perform physical
	work including lifting,
	bending, climbing, and
	standing for extended
	periods

	- Willing and able to work
	around water and on
	docks/barges when
	required

	- Dependable, punctual, and
	able to follow
	instructions

	- Works well as part of a
	crew

	- Safety-minded and willing
	to learn proper
	construction and job-site
	procedures

	- Valid driver's license
	and reliable
	transportation preferred

	- Prior deck, dock, boat
	lift, or marine
	construction experience
	is a plus but not
	required
