We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Duties:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order entry, and filing

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Assist with various office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Must speak fluent spanish

Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role preferred

Experience in a medical office is required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Proficient in using computer software

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
