We're a growing landscaping company focused on quality maintenance, installs, irrigation, and soon, pressure/soft washing services. We maintain over 150 acres per month and are looking to

double revenue in 2025

and we need the right leader to help get us there.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and self-driven

Crew Lead

who takes ownership of the day-to-day field operations. You'll manage crews, ensure top-notch service, communicate directly with customers, and constantly seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading and managing landscaping crews on maintenance and install jobs

Communicating with clients professionally and clearly

Identifying and solving problems in the field without needing constant oversight

Training and mentoring crew members

Keeping projects on schedule and within budget

Monitoring quality and holding the team accountable to high standards

Helping implement better systems and processes as we grow

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in landscaping or similar outdoor service industries

Hs/ged required.

A natural leader who's reliable, accountable, and motivated

Excellent communicator with both the team and with customers

Able to think critically and act efficiently you're always finding a better way to do things

Comfortable with basic tech (email, GPS routing, photos, service software, etc.)

Clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)
