About the Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant venue, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and leading servers, bartenders, and busers.

Overseeing scheduling, training, and employee relations.

Building strong community relationships and partnerships.

Touring the venue with prospective clients for events.

Coordinating entertainment and special programming.

Driving operational excellence with independence and initiative.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $50,000 -- $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
