Duties:

Collaborate with other departments (especially retail) to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as sales, inventories, order management, fulfill client freight requests, and distribution, specifically including

a. Use internal platforms to monitor sales and ensure sufficient and quality inventories at various warehouse locations;

b. Coordinate shipping from overseas sellers and direct shipments to warehouses;

c. Manage and maintain the companys Amazon Wish and eBay online accounts;

d. Direct distribution center operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives;

e. Determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency, or minimize cost;

Follow and improve policies and procedures for logistics activities internally and externally by analyzing and managing transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, and delivery processes;

Interpret data on logistics elements and report workload statistics for overall monthly reports to management and other departments, making strategies to control the cost of labor, transportation, and materials to increase the profit;

Lead company Tiktok team in efficiently managing logistical operations to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Oversee online buying and selling activities, manage delivery logistics, and closely monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal operations.

Requires:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
