Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms

Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care and sanitation

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within client homes

Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively

Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments on time

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Assist with janitorial tasks or custodial responsibilities as needed, including trash removal and surface disinfection

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus

Knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation practices

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to handle various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards

Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing stairs

Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous but not required

Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
