Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to interact with patients. We are located close to Yarborough Dr. and I-10 in El Paso, TX.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by the phone.

Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival and reminding provider of services delays. patients, answering phones, making appointments,

Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recoding, and updating personal and financial information.

Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filling, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.

Requirements:

Excellent organization and communications skills

Prior medical office experience

Knowledge of HIPPA

Knowledge of EMR

Bilingual English/Spanish

From $16.00 per hour DOE

The work environment is friendly and quiet. Hours are Monday- Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM or 9:00 to 5:00PM

Experience:

Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Medical billing: 1 year (Preferred)
