Description: We are a growing dietary supplement company seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Regulatory Consultant to ensure our products meet all applicable U.S. regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience navigating FDA regulations, DSHEA, and industry best practices for dietary supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and provide feedback on product formulations and labels for regulatory compliance

Ensure all packaging, marketing materials, and structure/function claims comply with 21 CFR and DSHEA guidelines

Advise on FDA, FTC, and GMP-related regulatory issues

Support the development and maintenance of SOPs for regulatory compliance

Stay up to date with changes in U.S. supplement regulations and provide timely guidance

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of dietary supplement regulations in the U.S.

Experience with FDA, DSHEA, and GMP standards

Familiarity with Supplement Facts panel formatting, label requirements, and compliant health claims

Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable insights

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous consulting experience with supplement brands or manufacturers

Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU, Canada) is a plus
