JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for management and support of Eurex Groups member accounts (Eurex Group is part of Deutsche Boerse Group):

Serve as first point of contact for Eurex and Eurex Clearings

members in the U.S. for daily operational, technical, and business-related inquiries.

Work on ad hoc queries, keeping clients informed about upcoming

initiatives, new product and services releases and changes, and ensuring that clients functional, regulatory, and technical standards are met.

Responsible for onboarding of exchange members and trading

participants, inquiries regarding technical aspects of members admission, and facilitating internal alignment between various Deutsche Boerses departments.

Serve as a liaison between the U.S. customer base and Deutsche

Boerse and coordinate customers requests with the different support functions of Deutsche Boerse and Eurex Group.

Support clients needs and coverage with regard to Deutsche Boerses

products and services and assist them with resolving trading, clearing, and risk related issues.

Assist clients through new Deutsche Boerses software releases, while

working closely with clients networking teams and coordinating with Deutsche Boerses internal teams and other stakeholders.

Support clients with connectivity, technical, and functional issues.

Review clients activity and utilization of services to suggest

changes or improvements and identify development and training requirements.

Advise on the technical and functional setup of clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics,

International Political Economy, or related field of study.

2-year experience as Trading Key Account Manager, Technical Key

Account Manager, Request Fulfillment Manager, or similar position supporting financial services.

Must have 2 years of experience working with each of the following:

Deutsche Boerse Groups financial products, particularly STOXX, DAX, and Qontigo product portfolios; Deutsche Boerse Groups services, including Market Data and Services and CEF services; Deutsche Boerse Groups electronic trading, clearing, and risk platforms; Deutsche Boerse Groups ticketing tool SAP CRM 7, AMPQ Broker tool, OPM monitoring tool, and MemberSection tool.

OPTION TO WORK REMOTELY 1 DAY PER WEEK.
