Conduct thorough pre-pour and post-pour inspections of all precast

concrete elements.

Review production, quality control, maintenance, and operations

reports to diagnose and resolve issues affecting product conformity or process efficiency.

Develop and manage an order form for sourcing precast production

materials such as steel rings, spacers, rebar, release agents, hole formers, and roll mesh.

Oversee inventory control by maintaining accurate records of

in-house manufactured products and those sourced from external vendors.

Analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for cost and

time savings.

Assign production tasks to appropriate personnel, ensuring optimal

team utilization and workflow efficiency.

Process and fulfill customer production orders accurately and on

time.

Read and interpret IDOT (Illinois Department of Transportation)

plans and specifications.

Oversee steel reinforcement placement to ensure compliance with

engineering requirements.

Inspect all incoming materials and equipment for functionality and

quality.

Enforce adherence to all company and regulatory safety policies and

procedures.

Interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to guide

production.

Ensure quality standards are integrated into production processes

and inspection protocols.

Train, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to team members to

foster skill development and teamwork.

Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and oversee project execution

within the concrete plant area.

Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing PPE

requirements (hard hats, vests, safety footwear)

Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.
