Job Title: Ramp Service Agent Location: Bethel, AK Company: Dependable Freight

Position Overview: We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our ground operations team as Ramp Service Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading and loading aircraft, organizing and stacking freight in the warehouse, and making timely deliveries to designated locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload cargo from aircraft.

Transport freight between aircraft and warehouse using ground service equipment.

Stack, organize, and secure cargo in the warehouse.

Perform local deliveries as assigned.

Follow all airline, FAA, and TSA safety and security procedures.

Operate ground service equipment and vehicles in accordance with training and safety protocols.

Work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license .

Reliable transportation to and from the airport/warehouse.

Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security badging.

No felony convictions or charges, and no history of violent crimes.

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous ramp, warehouse, or delivery experience.

Experience operating forklifts or other ground service equipment.
