Job Description :

Apply strong Thai cooking skills to prepare and cook authentic Thai

dishes.

Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such

factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.

Responsible for the quality of food by ensuring that the dishes are

authentically delicious

Prepare Thai specialty sauces as main sauce for stirred fry dishes.

Design and carve fruits and vegetables for plate decoration

Create new menu for monthly special promotion.

Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that

standards are met

Check the quantity and quality of received products

Check stock levels and ordering supplies

Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to

ensure timely delivery of services

Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and

safety

Wage : \$34,278-\$38,896/year

Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
