Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to oversee our on-island inventory operations in St. Croix. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock management, efficient warehouse processes, and reliable distribution of OTC medications. While direct pharmaceutical experience is not required, candidates must bring strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using manual and digital

inventory systems.

Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits to minimize discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and proactively flag shortages, overages, or expirations.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee day-to-day warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing,

and dispatch.

Ensure storage conditions meet safety and quality standards.

Implement and optimize First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and other best-practice inventory methods.

Supply Chain Coordination

Work closely with Procurement and Inventory Officer to assist Miami office and suppliers

to manage inbound/outbound shipments.

Work with Warehouse Manager and Driver to coordinate logistics with local delivery partners for timely distribution.

Support customs documentation and compliance where required.

Technology and Reporting

Use warehouse and inventory management systems (WMS/IMS) to track stock.

Assist in the generation of reports on inventory accuracy, stock movements, and

warehouse efficiency.

Identify and implement technology-driven improvements to reduce manual errors.

Team and Process Leadership

Train team members in proper handling, inventory tracking, and safety procedures.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related

field

(preferred, not required)

3+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain

management.

Strong understanding of inventory control methods, including cycle counting, FEFO/FIFO, and

reconciliation.

Proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems and Excel/Google Sheets.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and adopting new digital tools.

Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage operations with minimal supervision.

Experience in regulated or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is a plus.
