W2 hourly pay rate up to $15/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated college students currently enrolled in accredited Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Occupational Therapy programs to provide waiver-level therapeutic support to individuals. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to support their development, independence, communication, and daily functioning under the guidance of licensed clinicians and in alignment with person-centered service plans.

Provide direct support in areas aligned with physical, occupational, or speech therapy goals

Assist clients with exercises, communication techniques, mobility, and daily living activities as outlined in their service plan

Engage individuals in structured and purposeful activities to support developmental and functional goals

Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and any concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with families, support teams, and supervising therapists to ensure quality care

Maintain compliance with waiver documentation and service delivery standards

Required Skills and Experience:

Must be Currently enrolled in a college program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology or recently graduated.

Interest or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially Down syndrome

Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills

Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently with integrity

Ability to pass required background checks and complete any applicable waiver training

Must have own transportation
