DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs administrative support to the County Attorney's office and other professional and administrative staff employees to ensure the County Attorney's office operates efficiently and effectively; performs a variety of routine and complex clerical and secretarial work; prepares documents and correspondence; and performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*

The job requires education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or GED with at least one (1) year of related experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, software use working knowledge of computers and electronic data processing.

HOURS AND PAY RATE:

M-F - 20 hours per week with the possibility of more. $18.64 per hour.
