We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can perform various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas of the facility, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and parking lots. Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or inquiries. Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
