No Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, inquiries, and returns.

Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions, provide change, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department.

Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and promote additional products to customers.

Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
