D. S. and F. Plumbing LLC, CSR Employee Role/Expectations

Job Description: Seeking to hire a dedicated customer service representative to help manage customer interactions and provide support for our services. Ideal candidate will handle and book service, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Expectations

1.Deliver Excellent Customer Experience

Ensure customers have positive interactions with the company

Answer phone calls and return voice mail messages

Actively address complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Ensure customer feedback is valued and acted upon.

Representing customer interests within the company guidelines

Communicator

Serve as the face of customer service to customers.

Address customer needs and communicate them with the rest of the team

Take customer information, phone, address, email address to be entered into Quick Books and Service Titan

Fill out a clear and complete service order in Titan

Take customer payments when needed

Contact customer when service is complete

Contact customer when clarification is needed or questions/concerns arise

Communicate with team members

Update team with any changes made to service required

Email Management

Respond to all emails in a timely and professional manner

Manage personal customer service, general, and online service orders updating as needed in service titan and in Quick Books

Qualifications and Skills

Experience as a customer service representative or similar role

Excellent communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse upset customers

Proficient in Customer service software (Service Titan training will be provided)

Must have some bookkeeping knowledge

Problem solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Good typing and computer literacy skills a must

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Books a plus

Willingness to learn new things

Additional Information

This is a year-round job with Monday Thru Friday hours, regular 8-5

Job location is in our offices on east 76

Starting pay is $16.00 with a 30-day and 90-day review with possibility of pay increases

We offer health insurance, sick time, paid holidays, and vacation time that starts after completing your 1st year
