Remote

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our client's trust.

You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software

Experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in REMOTE customer service duties.

Having the knowledge and understanding on WFH requirements and responsibilities.

Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

Understanding of how CRM systems work.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Multi-tasking abilities

Patience when handling tough cases.
