Responsible for the implementation of global commercial strategies for defined product/s within the Therapeutic Area (TA). Responsible for global marketing strategies, including: development of value proposition for development products; core global positioning concepts and messages; pre-marketing/launch concepts for new products/new markets; and monitoring and contributing to key product development milestones via the R&D project management process where applicable. Responsible for communication concerning the respective portfolio, including: supporting the development and implementation of communication plan; participation at congresses, symposia, and meetings; providing critical analysis of own and competitive products in collaboration with internal and external partners (market analysis, market research, where appropriate) for use in formulating commercial strategies; and maintaining or developing relationships with key internal groups (including Commercial Operations Regions, R&D, Legal, Finance, etc.) as well as with key external groups (KOLs, Patient organizations etc). Less than 20% domestic and international travel required. May work from home.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, business related field, or health/natural science related field plus 7 years of experience in the offered position or related position.

Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time". Required expertise/knowledge includes:

Pharma, biotech or healthcare experience.

Commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or relevant industry.

Experience in a range of sales, and marketing, and Market access roles.

Experience assisting teams in responding to the external environment.

Marketing and healthcare experience, including commercial marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Experience with product launches.

Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools effective within the respective region.

Experience across multiple commercial roles which include marketing and market access.

Experience with both inline and pipeline products.

Experience with developing and strengthening relations, raising disease awareness, negotiating strategic partnerships and collaborations, and supporting patient advocacy that are consistent with company strategic objectives.

Experience leading projects that involve price development and planning for interactions with public and private payers.
