CrossTech is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the company's accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and strong attention to detail in managing daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to the accuracy and integrity of CrossTech's financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently

Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor invoices

Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial entries

Prepare month-end and quarter-end financial reports for management review

Support accounts payable and receivable processing and vendor communications

Assist with payroll data entry and expense tracking as needed

Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a business environment

Proficiency in QuickBooks --- including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in a technology or professional services environment

Familiarity with expense management platforms (e.g., Expensify, Bill.com)
