Job Title: Experienced Industrial General Construction Worker Location: Magna, UT, USA Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Experienced Industrial Construction Worker to join our growing team in the Magna, UT area. You will be responsible for preparing industrial worksites, operating heavy machinery, and assisting specialized trades while maintaining the highest safety standards in demanding, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Site Preparation and Maintenance: Clear construction sites of debris, hazardous materials, and obstacles. Maintain the job site in a clean and organized manner. Maintain tools and equipment.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain industrial equipment and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, powered tools, and hand tools).

Structural Support: Build and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and bracing.

Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport building materials and tools across the job site.

Trade Assistance: Assist skilled craft workers and contractors with daily tasks including concrete mixing, pouring, pipefitting, assembly of equipment, and trenching.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local, state, MSHA and OSHA health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven, hands-on experience in industrial or heavy general construction.

Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Previous MSHA training preferred.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and tolerate extreme Utah weather conditions.

Licensure: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Must pass a drug test. Medical marijuana with a card is not allowed.

Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and follow strict supervisor instructions.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday (some weekend and overtime opportunities available)
