Puffy Pop is growing fast, and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to help us keep the snacks popping. This is steady hourly work in a fun food production environment --- not just another boring warehouse shift.

You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team making, packaging, labeling, and preparing Puffy Pop for online orders, our factory store, wholesale customers, and events.

This job is fun - but it is also real production work. We're looking for people who can show up consistently, stay busy, follow instructions, and take pride in making a high-quality product.

Who We Are

Crack Corn Ltd is the maker of Puffy Pop --- ultra-premium puff corn that is delightfully airy, uniquely crunchy, and addictively delicious.

We handcraft small batches right here in Massillon, Ohio, bringing gourmet flavor to a nostalgic snack. Our products are sold through online orders, our factory store, wholesale accounts, and events --- and we're growing across all four.

About the Role

As a Food Production & Packaging Associate, you'll help turn raw ingredients into finished, ready-to-ship Puffy Pop .

You'll assist with food production, operate packaging and production equipment, package finished product, label tubs and bags, box orders, and help keep our production floor clean, organized, and running smoothly.

You'll be an important part of a small team where dependability, consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail really matter.

What This Job Is Really Like

This is a hands-on food production role. You'll be on your feet, moving with the team, lifting product and supplies, working around food manufacturing equipment, packaging finished Puffy Pop , and helping keep the production area clean throughout the shift.

No food production experience? That's okay --- we provide paid training. The most important things are dependability, attention to detail, cleanliness, and willingness to learn.

Because we work in small production teams, attendance matters. Every person on the schedule is important, and we're looking for people who can show up consistently and be ready to work.
