Position Summary: Were looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our 1st shift production team as Medical Device Assemblers. In this hands-on role, youll assemble small, intricate components in a cleanroom environment, helping to produce life-saving medical products. Key Responsibilities: Assemble medical devices and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards Use hand tools, microscopes, tweezers, and other assembly equipment to perform precision work Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies to ensure compliance with strict quality standards Complete necessary documentation for production and quality tracking Work efficiently and accurately in a cleanroom or controlled environment Follow all safety protocols and cleanroom procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom work preferredbut not required Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English Reliable attendance and punctuality
