Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Planner/Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing client interactions, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual if possible, and have experience in customer support or call center environments. Bilingual abilities in English and other languages are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. Duties

Coordinate and plan appointments, deliveries, or service schedules efficiently

Production/ Manufacturing planning.

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or in person

Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships

Perform data entry accurately into company systems using Microsoft Office and other software tools

Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests or surveys

Manage cash handling transactions when necessary with professionalism and accuracy

Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and client preferences

Support sales efforts by providing product or service information and upselling when appropriate

Ensure adherence to call center etiquette and professional communication standards

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Skills

Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in English is required

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette

Experience in customer service, client support, or call center environments is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills

Data entry accuracy with fast typing speed (including typing tests)

Ability to handle outbound calls professionally and effectively manage client interactions

Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
