Essential Functions

Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in the workplace

Demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to learn

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Ability to operate independently or as part of a team

Safe operation of various power tools to include but not limited to power saws, grinders, cutting torches, band saw, cold saw, table saw, paint sprayer, and welders

Ability to perform a variety of repetitive movement tasks, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling material or tools for long periods of time

Lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly

Occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds, using proper lifting techniques, help from other employees or other available resources such as lifting or moving equipment.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Follow proper PPE requirements and safe operating practices

Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures at all times

Core Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Related experience or trade school preferred but not required

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and proven ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance

Mechanically inclined, with proficiency using a variety of hand tools

Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds

Working Environment

This is a full-time role averaging 35-40hrs/wk. The work environment includes conditions commonly found in industrial and construction settings. Employees will regularly encounter:

Noise, dust, heat, and cold

Machine and tool hazards requiring strict adherence to safety rules

The need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Outdoor or field-based work depending on project requirements
