You will Play a vital role in driving business growth, managing daily sales operations, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners in the Hodgkins, IL area. Responsibilities: Lead,motivate and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to enhance sales efforts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless sales processes. Manage weekly sales reporting and provide actionable insights to senior management Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry( Toyota Experience- Preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
