YOUR TASKS:

Machine Operation:Operate Calender Machines, Mills, and other

equipment efficiently and safely. Promptly report any issues to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication protocols.

Production Reporting:Accurately complete daily production

reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.

Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate

policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.

Continuous Improvement:Actively enhance your understanding of

work orders, products, and processes. Participate in initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Engage in internal and external training opportunities.

THE ENVIRONMENT

*2nd (B) Shift: Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am with

overtime as needed.*

Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines

must be always adhered to. This includes safety shoes that are composite or steel toe at all times. Other required PPE includes, but is not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection and hand protection.

The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you

will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and

operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
