Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing a wide variety of repair, upkeep, and improvement tasks in occupied and unoccupied properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic handyman skills, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team and be able to recognize what a quality outcome is on a given task.

Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance, including painting, patching, carpentry, and basic plumbing or electrical repairs. Assist with concrete, stucco, drywall, and finish work. Conduct exterior and interior cleaning and upkeep. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely. Assist skilled tradespeople on larger repair and construction projects. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Complete work orders and document repairs performed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques. Basic tools and bag. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
