Director of Nursing (DON)

As the Director of Nursing (DON), you'll oversee all aspects of nursing services, including:

Staff management

Regulatory compliance, quality improvement and interdisciplinary coordination

Resident care initiatives

Maintaining high standards of care and may assume administrative duties in the absence of the Administrator.

Qualifications of a Director of Nursing (DON):

Active RN license in Pennsylvania and a graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including in a skilled nursing setting

Proven leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with skilled nursing state and federal regulations
