Position Summary The Shop Technician is responsible but not limited to performing various physical duties as assigned, maintain all safety standards, Moves, secures, loads, or unloaded materials. Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment; Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the supervisor. Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor. Successful individuals must be detail-oriented, results driven and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. This position also requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information and records, and some computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual Cleanup work areas. Handle and transport materials and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders). Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks. Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions. Assist with assembly or disassembly of equipment. Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions. Online/remote safety training as required. Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or GED Must be authorized to work in the United States. 0--3 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies. Detail oriented/ results driven. Ability to work independently & in team environment with an appropriate sense of urgency and accuracy. Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety. Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers The ability to communicate, listen and understand information and direction through spoken words and sentences The ability to read, write and understand information and ideas. The ability to speak clearly so others can understand. The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction and the ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods (8+ hours per day) Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching in various work environments Lifting and carrying tools, equipment, and materials up to 75 lbs (occasionally heavier with assistance) Conco reserves the right to change and/or reassign job duties or to combine positions at any time Working in outdoor and indoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Climbing ladders, scaffolding, or working at heights as needed Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery safely Dexterity to perform fine motor tasks, such as wiring, assembling, or troubleshooting equipment Driving for extended periods to custom sites, sometimes in remote locations Working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, attics, or utility areas Be aware of and adhere to safety protocols

Work Environment The shop environment is a production floor in a manufacturing or warehouse facility. Employees work in a high-energy, safety-first environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature variations, and physical tasks. Protective equipment including hard hats, gloves, and high-visibility clothing is provided and required
